This is a full-time position based in Beijing.

Conduct initial screening and review of prospective investment opportunities;
Conduct business and financial analyses of investment opportunities by building various financial models and conducting research on opportunities and their respective markets;
Prepare investment memorandums and presentations to investment committees and investors; 
Be involved in many key aspects of the acquisition process including deal negotiation, due diligence, execution, and others;   
Conduct due diligence and manage various external parties during the diligence process; 
Participate in the structuring of complex cross-border transactions; 
Work closely with operating partners, financial institutions, lawyers, consultants and other professionals;
Monitor and manage the firm's existing investments;
Provide support on other company initiatives.

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines; Advanced degrees and CFA preferred;
Proficient understanding of real estate investment with 2-3 years (Analyst) or 3-5 years (Associate) of experiences in RE investment, PE, or investment banking; 
Excellent analytical and modeling skills;
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin;
Attention to detail, and committed on delivering high-quality work product;
Ability to manage time effectively and focus on delivering results.
