The portfolio consists of 39 existing high-quality senior care facilities located in 11 states along the eastern and western coastal regions of the United States. The 39 senior care facilities are triple-net master-leased to industry leading senior care operators listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

    United Kingdom

    This UK portfolio is a joint venture portfolio investment between Cindat and Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI), a large-cap US based healthcare REIT. The portfolio consists of 67 high-quality care homes located throughout United Kingdom and is triple-net master-leased to two leading operators catering to different income profiles of the elderly population.
